Teleserv Clause Samples
The 'Teleserv' clause defines the terms and conditions under which telecommunication or remote services are provided within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of services, responsibilities of the service provider, and any technical or security requirements for delivering services remotely, such as through phone or internet. For example, it may specify service hours, support protocols, or data protection measures for remote assistance. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand the expectations and limitations of remote service delivery, thereby reducing misunderstandings and clarifying obligations.
Teleserv. Client agrees to pay the sum of $1.00 per ADA per year, in exchange for which Client shall be entitled to unlimited telephone service for non-complex legal issues. The yearly fee shall be determined by the ADA on July 1 of each year until this Agreement is terminated.
