Telephonic Recording Clause Samples
The Telephonic Recording clause authorizes the recording of telephone conversations between the parties involved in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which calls may be recorded, such as for quality assurance, compliance, or evidentiary purposes, and may require that one or both parties are notified of the recording. Telephonic Recording. The Parties agree that each may electronically record all telephonic conversations between them and that any such recordings may be submitted in evidence to any court or in any Proceedings for the purpose of establishing any matters pertinent to the Agreement.
Telephonic Recording. Each party (i) consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading, marketing and other relevant personnel of the parties and their Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction, (ii) agrees to obtain any necessary consent of, and give any necessary notice of such recording to, its relevant personnel and (iii) agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that recordings may be submitted in evidence in any Proceedings.

The Parties agree that each may electronically record all telephonic conversations between them and that any such tape recordings may be submitted in evidence in any Proceedings relating to the Agreement. In the event of any dispute between the Parties as to the terms of an FX Transaction governed by the Agreement or the Currency Obligations thereby created, the Parties may use electronic recordings between the persons who entered into such FX Transaction as the preferred evidence of the terms of such FX Transaction, notwithstanding the existence of any writing to the contrary.
Telephonic Recording. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT EACH MAY ELECTRONICALLY RECORD ALL TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN THEM AND THAT ANY SUCH RECORDINGS MAY BE SUBMITTED IN EVIDENCE TO ANY COURT OR IN ANY PROCEEDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING ANY MATTERS PERTINENT TO THE AGREEMENT.
Telephonic Recording. Each party:
(i) consents to the electronic recording of its telephone conversations with the other party (or any of its associated persons) with or without the use of an automated warning device; and
(ii) acknowledges that such recordings and transcripts can be used as evidence by another party in any dispute between them.
Telephonic Recording. Each party hereby agrees that the other party may electronically record telephone conversations between the parties (including (i) any director, officer, employee, agent or representative thereof, and (ii) any affiliate or branch thereof). The parties further agree that (insofar as may be permitted by law) any such recording may be submitted in evidence to any court or in any formal proceeding for any purpose relating to this Agreement or any Transaction.
Telephonic Recording. Customer agrees that Bank may electronically record all telephonic conversations between them and that any such recordings may be submitted in evidence to any court or in any proceedings for the purpose of establishing any matters pertinent to this Agreement.
Telephonic Recording. Each party consents to the recording of all telephonic conversations between them and agrees that any such tape recordings may be submitted in evidence in any Proceedings relating to the Agreement. In the event of any dispute between the parties as to the terms of a Transaction governed by the Agreement or the obligations thereby created prior to the execution of a Confirmation for such Transaction, the parties may use electronic recordings between the persons who entered into such Transaction as the preferred evidence of the terms of such Transaction.
Telephonic Recording. Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel of the parties and waives further notice of such recording.
