Telephone Time Clause Samples
The "Telephone Time" clause defines how time spent on telephone communications is treated within the context of an agreement, typically for billing or time-tracking purposes. This clause may specify that time spent on calls related to the project or services—such as client consultations, status updates, or troubleshooting—is considered billable and will be recorded in the same manner as in-person meetings or other work activities. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding compensation for time spent on telephone communications, thereby preventing disputes over billable hours and setting clear expectations for both parties.
