Telephone Message Services. 1. The Services of consist of allowing the Customer to forward its incoming telephone calls to the Telephone Exchange, or Securitas providing a telephone number to Customer and act as its customer service. 2. The only task of Securitas is to pass on messages to the Custom- er. Therefore, Securitas not respond to requests for information or comments and it will not deal with complaints from Customer’s customers. 3. Securitas will charge the number of additional messages in ac- cordance with the agreed Service Fee for the agreed number of messages.
