Telephone Information System. Contractor will maintain a customer service telephone information system with sufficient capability to handle phone inquiries for information on all collection services, the scheduled days of service, the materials that can be recycled and the procedure for reporting a missed pickup. Contractor will provide a telephone answering service or mechanical device to receive Service Recipient inquiries during those times when Contractor’s office is closed.
