Telefax. Where any provision of this Agreement specifically contemplates telefax communication made by one Person or another, such communication shall be made to that other Person at the relevant telefax number specified by it from time to time for the purpose and shall be deemed to have been received when transmission of such telefax communication has been completed. Each such telefax communication, if made to the Agent by an Obligor shall be made, or as the case may be, signed by an Authorised Signatory of such Obligor and shall be expressed to be for the attention of the account officer or department whose name has been notified for the time being for that purpose by the Agent or such Obligor.
