The Credit Enhancer shall promptly transmit any notice received by it from the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders to the Issuer or Indenture Trustee, as the case may be. Notices required to be given to the Rating Agencies by the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee shall be in writing, personally delivered or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to (i) in the case of [RATING AGENCY] _____________________________ and (ii) in the case of [RATING AGENCY] _____________________________; or as to each of the foregoing, at such other address as shall be designated by written notice to the other parties.
