Telecommunications Charges. Client will pay for any domestic leased circuit, if not provided by Client, to support required agent connectivity to Client systems. In addition Client is responsible for all domestic outbound call usage charges. Supplier will pay all related international telecom costs for routing of incoming/outgoing activity to/from Supplier’s Indian call centers, including leased line and all associated per minute charges for delivery of voice and data to India. In case client chooses the option of normal PSTN, there will be no extra charges.

Telecommunications Charges. The Client Company will reimburse Xx. Xxxxxx for all long distance and toll telephone calls and facsimile charges for calls placed or received by Xx. Xxxxxx when reasonably necessary for Xx. Xxxxxx'x performance of Services under this Agreement.
Telecommunications Charges. Except to the extent that GM has provided Licensor with an appropriate exemption certificate or other documentation (e.g., USF resale certificate), GM will be responsible for Telecommunication Charges that lawfully apply to Services provided under this Service Contract only if Licensor informs GM of any and all Telecommunication Charges that apply in its documentation (such as GM’s request for quotation, purchase order, or Licensor’s quotation). GM will not be responsible for (and Licensor may not charge GM for) any Telecommunications Charges that are not provided in this manner from Licensor to the GM. Licensor will clearly identify Telecommunications Surcharges on its invoices to GM, and will keep Telecommunications Charges separate from Taxes.

Telecommunications Charges. During the remaining term of Client's service agreement with MCI, all telecommunications charges incurred by Xxxxx Systems in respect of the provisions of Services or Future Services shall be charged to Client without a markup by Xxxxx Systems. Telecommunications charges after expiration of Client's service agreement with MCI will be included in the base service fees, to the extent such charges are based on usage not greater than the average monthly usage for the six month period commencing on the Effective Date, for those years set forth in Schedule I. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xxxxx Systems will provide, at its expense, all telecommunications services necessary to connect the Equipment to Xxxxx Systems' Data Center.
