Common use of TELECOM CONNECTIVITY Clause in Contracts

TELECOM CONNECTIVITY. The Vendor shall, provide connectivity of various telecom/ high speed broadband/ other similar telecom and IT facilities to the Project and/or may enter into agreement /contract (on such terms and conditions and for such period as the Vendor shall decide) with various service providers of its choice for providing these services and/or for the purpose for putting up installations to provide such services in certain specified spaces (both open or covered or both) earmarked/ demarcated by the Vendor within the Project and which would be declared to be common facilities by the Vendor . These contracts/ agreements, if any, entered into by the Vendor shall be continued for the period of validity of these contracts/agreements by the Association, who shall take over the maintenance and management of common areas and facilities of the Project and thereafter, it may be renewed on terms and conditions as may be decided by the Association.
