Common use of TELECOM CONNECTIVITY Clause in Contracts

TELECOM CONNECTIVITY. The Promoter has , provided connectivity of various telecom/ high speed broadband/ other similar telecom and IT facilities to the Project and/or may enter into agreement /contract (on such terms and conditions and for such period as the Promoter has decided) with various service providers of its choice for providing these services and/or for the purpose for putting up installations to provide such services in certain specified spaces (both open or covered or both) earmarked/ demarcated by the Promoter within the Project and the same shall form the part of common facilities. These contracts/ agreements, if any, entered into by the Promoter shall be continued for the period of validity of these contracts/agreements by the Association, who will take over the maintenance and management of Common Areas & Facilities of the Project and thereafter, it may be renewed on terms and conditions as may be decided by the Association.

These contracts/ agreements, if any, entered into by the Promoter shall be continued for the period of validity of these contracts/agreements by the Association, who will take over the maintenance and management of Common Areas & Facilities of the Project Luxury Zone and thereafter, it may be renewed on terms and conditions as may be decided by the Association.
