Common use of Technology Transfer Teams Clause in Contracts

Technology Transfer Teams. In order to effect Section 2.2: (a) Merck shall identify a Technology Transfer team of personnel and in such numbers as it may so determine (the “Merck Team”) to participate in the Technology Transfer.
