Common use of Technology Transfer Plan Clause in Contracts

Technology Transfer Plan. The Parties have established a mutually agreed-upon Technology Transfer Plan to enable C▇▇▇’▇ use of ARScience Bio Technology for the Products, included in ARScience Bio Technology (the “Technology Transfer Plan”), attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to carry out the Technology Transfer Plan on the timeline set forth therein.
