Technology Policy. On September 11, 2012, by Resolution No. 12-0165, the SFPUC adopted a Technology Policy that seeks to take advantage of innovative technologies to benefit ratepayers in a manner that is consistent with its Budgetary and Ratepayer Assurance policies, practices and endorsed Level of Service goals.
