Common use of Technology Maximizer Clause in Contracts

Technology Maximizer. Customer is entitled to upgrades to the equipment operating system software, basic application software and software applications previously purchased or bundled with the Covered System when made commercially available. Customer may purchase new, separately licensed functionality or applications for the Covered System separately after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in upgrades.
