Technology Access Program. Funding for the Work Plan may be obtained through Technology Access Agreements between one or both Parties and a Technology Access Partner. A Technology Access Agreement must be mutually agreed to by the Parties. Neither Party will enter into a Technology Access Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party. However, terms and conditions relating directly to the purchase of equity in SBio will be at the sole discretion of SBio.
