TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS. Subject to Section 4.4 of the Agreement, Contractor shall provide all the required support services, Subcontractor and Sub-subcontractor representatives and technicians necessary for proper installation, preparation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of the Facility and Equipment.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS. 1. Seller shall designate a Seller representative(s) as Buyer's contact(s) having the overall responsibility for management of the service of Product and Spares throughout Seller's repair center(s). INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Without limiting any of the obligations or liabilities of Seller, Seller shall maintain, as long as this Agreement is in effect, at Seller's expense, insurance policies of the kind and limits listed below and shall provide Buyer (Corporate Risk Management Department), at the address indicated in Section 16 of this Agreement, subsequent to execution of this Agreement, a Certificate of Insurance evidencing such coverage for the term of this Agreement. Valid certificates of insurance shall be provided to Buyer per the above requirement as soon as practicable following the issuance of each renewal policy. Seller shall also require any sub-contractors retained by Seller for the purpose of producing or manufacturing Product to insure against the following risks to the extent stated. If such levels of coverage proves not to be available for any reason, the Seller shall substitute equivalent coverage and notify the Buyer (Corporate Risk Management Department) of the changes.
