TECHNICAL SUPORT REPRESENTATIVE Sample Clauses

TECHNICAL SUPORT REPRESENTATIVE. HSV SCHOOLS agrees that during the term of this agreement, and in accordance with the requirements of the COLTS license (attached hereto as Exhibit A,) T&W OPERATIONS will provide, at HSV SCHOOLS’s expense, a Technical Support Representative (“TSR”) to act as the first-­‐line point of contact for technical support services. Both T&W OPERATIONS and HSV SCHOOLS will provide timely and effective cooperation with each other in the performance of their respective obligations under the agreement, but not limited to, designating qualified and authorized personnel to act as liaison(s) with each other and responding promptly to any requests made by the other party.
