Common use of Technical Service Clause in Contracts

Technical Service. 2.02A From time to time during the term of this Agreement, at the reasonable request of Licensee in writing, Licensor may permit officers and/or employees of Licensee to visit Licensor's facilities at which it manufactures or assembles the Products, for such periods of time as mutually agreed, to train such personnel of Licensee in the process of manufacturing and assembling the Products.
