TECHNICAL RIDER. Sound and/or lighting equipment and/or services shall be set forth in more detail in a Technical Rider signed by both parties and attached and incorporated hereto. DRESSING ROOM and HOSPITALITY This is basic language. If you have special needs and/or have the bargaining power to get special treatment, spell out the details here.
TECHNICAL RIDER. Purchaser has been provided a copy of Artist’s technical and hospitality rider (Exhibit A) and Purchaser agrees to the conditions set forth therein.
TECHNICAL RIDER. As further consideration the parties agree to the Technical Rider attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
TECHNICAL RIDER. Artist’s Technical Rider becomes a part of this Agreement when signed by the parties. If any provisions of the Technical Rider conflict with this Agreement, then the terms of this Agreement will be controlling. Headings Not Controlling. Headings used in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not be used to modify the meaning of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
TECHNICAL RIDER. The Purchaser agrees and accepts the following terms and conditions regarding the presentation of the Artist’s show. The Artist shall have exclusive control over the presentation, production, nature and conduct of their show, including production hired by the Purchaser in connection with the performance. (This includes all lighting, sound reinforcement and monitor systems, backline equipment and staging). In addition, any or all equipment or apparatus or systems in or adjacent to the venue of performance that may affect directly or indirectly the Artist’s performance. Stage Purchaser agrees to provide a solid stage on one level of a minimum size of 24’ wide by 24’ deep by 2’ high (not including sound wings), with a minimum stage to ceiling clearance of 14’. Stage must be set up with equipment (and backline on fly dates) prior to arrival of band/crew. Stage shall be completely free of deflection, cracks, obstruction, nails, etc. which might impede Artist’s movements. STAGE MUST HAVE ROOF / COVERING FOR ARTIST.
TECHNICAL RIDER. It is hereby understood that the attached Addendum, signed by both parties, are integral parts of this agreement and have legal effects equivalent to those in this agreement.
TECHNICAL RIDER. (a) PA: The Promoter agrees to provide and pay for a first class PA system for this engagement at no cost to the Artist. All necessary crew and operators are to be in attendance throughout the entire duration of the Artist’s performance. The PA should have powerful bass and produce 10-12 xxxxx per person and should be adequate to the size and capacity of the club or festival.
TECHNICAL RIDER. The wishes and technical requirements of the Contractual Partner as regards the stage/stage layout are agreed as part of a Technical Rider which is to be produced separately between the contractual parties in writing. The Contractual Partner's Technical Rider is only binding for the Promoter if he has agreed to this in writing, i.e. via e-mail etc.
TECHNICAL RIDER. It is agreed and understood that the Promoter will meet the following technical requirements for the Artist to perform: Xxxxx uses USB so all CDJ must be linkable.
TECHNICAL RIDER. This Technical Rider is hereby attached to the Contract. This rider and a stage plot are a part of the contract. This performance rider will be agreed to by both parties and considered an addition to the contract attached for this engagement. Please initial next to each applicable item on the rider to show Client's approval and compliance. Failure to meet the requirements specified herein means cancellation due to breach of contract. While we realize that our technical needs might be challenging for some small venues, Maputo Xxxxxx/Logo Ligi's repertoire has some unique instruments that require special attention. These are the minimum technical requirements to ensure a great sound and performance. If you have a problem meeting any of our technical requirements, feel free to contact us immediately to discuss. Please have the stage set before the Artist arrives.
