Technical Review and Transfer. The JVC shall, on a quarterly basis, conduct knowledge and technology transfer sessions with SPTL’s technical team pursuant to the terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties. AUO shall have the right to designate personnel to attend such sessions and have access to information arising from or in connection with such sessions.
