Common use of Technical Quality Clause in Contracts

Technical Quality. Grantee shall maintain all Upstream and Downstream and Closed Access Channels and Interconnections of Access Channels at the level of technical quality and reliability required by this Franchise and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations or at the same level of quality as comparable Subscriber Channels, whichever is higher.
