Common use of Technical Oversight Clause in Contracts

Technical Oversight. If required by the Using Agency, the Contractor may provide services in support of the investigation, planning, compliance, and cleanup activities of the Using Agency sites. These services, if required, shall include field and office oversight of investigations and cleanups. These services may involve Using Agency case file reviews. The Contractor shall perform these oversight investigations and suggest corrective actions with respect to environmental issues covered in the PSOW and pursuant to the existing provisions of the Arizona Revised Statutes, Department policies and guidelines, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. The Contractor shall conform to OSHA regulations for health and safety of employees, as applicable.
