Technical Leads. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s technical lead will be [***], who will facilitate communications between the parties in the course of the activities contemplated by this Article 2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall also assign a technical lead for the collaboration. The Technical Leads shall meet in person or by teleconference or videoconference at least quarterly to discuss technical aspects of the activities contemplated by this Agreement. For clarity, a technical lead may also serve on the JSC.
