Technical Leads. The Parties will each appoint an individual to act as a technical lead for that Party (each, a “Technical Lead”). The initial Technical Lead for DexCom shall be [***], and for Verily shall be [***] and [***]. The name and contact information for the Technical Leads, as well as any replacement(s) chosen by either Party in their sole discretion from time to time, shall be promptly provided to the other Party in writing. The Technical Leads shall be responsible for (i) communicating on day-to-day implementation [***] with the other Technical Lead, and (ii) proposing updates or amendments [***] to the Executive Sponsors in accordance with Section 3.3.
