Technical File. This is the document that contains the information necessary to allow the execution and supervision of the Works, to be developed by the CONCESSIONAIRE containing the detailed engineering of the Works to be performed by it in accordance with the Minimum Technical Specifications, the Minimum Project Requirements and its Technical Proposal in order to comply with the provisions of this Contract. This document is binding for the execution of the Works.
