Technical Facilities. 7.1 Some venues at the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam are equipped with audio and video installations. In the venues that are not equipped, the possibilities for installing external audio/video equipment are limited.
Technical Facilities. When designing or upgrading their technical facilities, the institutions hereby undertake to comply with ISO and CIE standards and specifications and, where appropriate, the standards and specifications adopted by common agreement with the bodies representing permanent interpreters and ACIs. The institutions shall endeavour to comply with the above standards and specifications for meetings held outside their own premises. Similarly, ACIs shall refuse to work in facilities to which the institutions object on the grounds that they do not conform to the above standards and specifications. As regards new technology, and without prejudice to the provisions of Article 27a, the parties to this Agreement shall ensure compliance, as far as possible, with the Code on the use of new technology in conference interpreting.

Database and communications for holding and sharing security information. • Collect from known threat databases and add new events and experiences. • MISP is commonly used for the above functions and to link different work groups within rail companies, and so fulfils a few needs (should be considered). • MISP can have multiple instances, allowing for a centralised reference instance, plus installed instances within participating IM/RUs. • MISP allows for a rule-based filter to select what is required from feeds. This facility can be used within rail partners to target their analysis and can be used in a central instance to ensure selection of relevant information. • This model would need a) technical support, and b) threat analyst – this could then support a network of primary contacts in railways (IM/RU) shaped as SOC, CSIRT or other team form. • MISP clusters can even be coordinated within a company, and some railway actors are doing this, so coordination between companies would be made easier by following this model. • Adopting MISP would require support for smaller companies to adopt (e.g. via ENISA). • MISP allows automated usage of outputs, and so can be well integrated with company systems / processes. • The platform must be secure and tested to ensure control of data. • Cross organisational is not necessarily a big problem, so it should be kept simple but secure.
Technical Facilities. 13.1 - The working conditions set out in Articles 4 (Daily remuneration), 7 (Composition of teams) and 8 (Definition of the working day) of this Agreement shall apply only to the traditional situation where the interpreter is in the meeting room. Should the Organisations decide to make use of remote interpreting, they undertake to apply the conditions set out in Section V of this Agreement and shall define the duration of the meetings, the composition of the teams, the rate of remuneration and any other aspect deemed relevant in their respective supplementary agreements.

Vehicular access to the Theatre for loading and unloading is via the car park at the rear of the building. There are no stairs, direct access. The Hirer is encouraged to meet or to discuss by phone with the Manager at The Saraton Theatre as early as possible in their production planning and at a minimum four weeks prior to the first use of the Theatre. If, after discussion and liaison with the Hirer’s Production Manager, it is the opinion of the Saraton Manager that the Hirer has not allocated sufficient staff to affect the production to the requirements of good presentation, the Xxxxxxx Manager will arrange for the appropriate casual employment of staff at the Hirer’s expense. Prior to occupancy of The Saraton Theatre and Cinemas the Hirer will provide the Saraton Manager with an inventory of technical stage fittings &effects, properties and decorating materials of any kind proposed to be used by the Hirer. Stage sets and backcloths must be of fire-resistant material. Note: Heritage restrictions apply to Cinema 1, 900 capacity for live performances. The Hirer may not bring any articles of machinery or equipment (including hairdryers, curling wands, irons, portable audio devices, kettles, heaters, cooking appliances), or any electrical cables, electrical distribution panels, lights, projectors or other electrical installation equipment or fittings into the Theatre without first obtaining the approval of the Manager, and all such equipment shall have been tested and tagged by a competent person to comply with the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZs3760: 2000. No single insulated cable is permitted to be connected to any Saraton power source. This applies to all voltages including extra low voltage (under 32 volts). In the event of special electrical equipment being used, the Hirer shall engage and pay for the services of a qualified electrician if so directed by the Saraton Manager. The Hirer shall not load any floor, stage, or other mechanical equipment beyond their capacities. A stage load notice is fixed to the wall in the stage area.
