TECHNICAL EFFICIENCY. 11.1. We will continue and to further lift the focus on Technical Efficiency and to continue to fully cooperate in the optimisation of production and peripheral system efficiency and productivity. 11.2. Notionally the Technical Efficiency target towards which the parties are striving for is 90%. 11.3. We have agreed to work towards the following objectives: - The full and effective use MAINPAC; - Better training in the MAINPAC system; - Improve cooperation & coordination between EST & manufacturing; - Improve support services and facilities. 11.4. Through consultation the parties to this agreement will: - Identify all support services & systems; - Agree to KPI & targets for all these services and systems; - Monitor performance and implement improvements where agreed.
