Technical Document Sets. As noted in the PSP Master Agreement, the standard list of document sets are: SD Not Required TRT involved as needed, typically larger projects DD Required as contractually bound per PM 60% CD Required as contractually bound per PM 90% CD Required as contractually bound per PM 100% UNSTAMPED CD Required as contractually bound per PM 100% STAMPED CD Required Signature required by TRT Manager to proceed to Bid, the review should not keep the project from moving forward to bid but will serve to identify possible addendum or change order items.
