Technical Development Fees Clause Samples

Technical Development Fees. Sierra-Cedar provides a monthly “block-of-units” for remote work. A “unit” is defined as a block of time that can be purchased and applied toward a pool of remote, shared resources with various skills. Alternatively, Client may wish to have a “named” resource for a minimum of 80 hours per month – either remote US or Offshore – along with additional units for less predictable requirements. Units are tracked and measured by the Sierra-Cedar Service Desk. Three (3) units is the equivalent of one (1) hour of US Service or three (3) hours of Offshore Service. Client may designate whether it would like the work to be performed by U.S. or Offshore resources at the time that the ticket is entered into the Sierra-Cedar Service Desk system. Additional support above the monthly block of units purchased will be billed on a per-unit basis for each resource type, as indicated in the rate card below. Client can select the support level that best meets its needs and can change its block of unit’s option by providing thirty (30) days written notice.
