TECHNICAL DATA AND SOFTWARE SERVICES. Clause 14 of the Agreement is cancelled and replaced with the following quoted provisions: QUOTE This Clause sets forth the terms and conditions for the supply of technical data (the “Technical Data”) and software services (the “Software Services”), which will support Hawaiian’s operation, maintenance, service and overhaul of the Aircraft.
