Technical Costs. (a) All Technical Costs of whatever nature will be charged to the Airline at cost, with no additional m▇▇▇ up or commission. All Technical Costs will be subject to review on an annual basis and shall not exceed costs stipulated in the annual budget unless agreed by Airline.
