Technical Compatibility Sample Clauses
The Technical Compatibility clause defines the requirement that products, systems, or services provided under an agreement must be able to operate seamlessly with existing technologies or specified standards. In practice, this clause may require a supplier to ensure that their software integrates with a client's current hardware, or that new equipment is interoperable with legacy systems. Its core function is to prevent operational disruptions and additional costs by ensuring that new components work effectively within the established technical environment.
Technical Compatibility. To benefit from access to the Application and, if subscribing to the Services, Users must have a compatible Terminal connected to the Internet. It is up to the User to check this compatibility. It is up to the User to carry out software updates on his Terminal to ensure the proper functioning of the Application and, if he subscribes to the latter, of the Services. All costs necessary for access to the Application and the Services (Terminal, software, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the User. No technical assistance is provided by LinkCy for the User, whether by electronic or telephone means.
Technical Compatibility. The Covered System that will receive the version or update must meet the specifications of the new software version. Customer shall provide the Covered System hardware or software necessary to meet such specifications.
