Technical and Software Support Services. The SI shall provide Technical and Software Support Services as described in this Section 19 (Technical and Software Support Services), Section 15.13.7 (Ongoing SI Hardware Update Obligations) and the Technical Specifications, including Technical Specifications Section 31 (Technical and Software Support Services).
