These measures take into account the nature, scope and purposes of Processing as specified in this Data Protection Agreement and are intended to protect Personal Data against the risks inherent to the Processing of Personal Data in the performance of the Cloud Services, in particular risks from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed.
