Technical and Organizational Measures, and Confidentiality of Processing. 9.1 Agilysys has implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures for the Processing of Personal Data. These measures take into account the nature, scope and purposes of Processing as specified in this Data Processing Agreement and are intended to protect Personal Data against the risks inherent to the Processing of Personal Data in the performance of the Subscription Services, in particular risks from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed.
