Tech Resource Group Clause Samples

Tech Resource Group. The business of Seller as operated by Buyer following the Effective Time will be combined with the business of Buyer's information technology group ("Tech Resource Group") and will be operated under the name of that group. The combined operation will operate following the Effective Time out of the location currently used by Seller to operate its business, provided that sufficient space is available at such location for the personnel and facilities of Tech Resource Group.
