All teams competing in all grades under the direct control of the HKRFU shall submit a team sheet on the MyRugby App before kick-off. 21.1 If a Team Sheet or report is not received within 48 hours of the match the particular club shall be penalised as determined by the HKRFU Disputes Committee for these regulations.
