Team Participation Clause Samples

The Team Participation clause defines the requirements and expectations for the involvement of specific individuals or groups in performing the contract work. It typically outlines which team members must be assigned to the project, any qualifications or roles they must fulfill, and procedures for substituting or replacing team members if necessary. This clause ensures that the agreed-upon personnel, whose expertise may be critical to the project's success, remain actively engaged, thereby maintaining consistency and quality throughout the contract term.
