Team Leader Allowance. 60.1 An employee at a salary level up to and including the Band 2 maximum may be appointed as a team leader if he or she is responsible for supervising a work team comprising:
Team Leader Allowance. 35.6.1 This allowance as set in Schedule 2 Table 2, is payable where an Employee is required to undertake supervisory duties/responsibilities on any shift or part thereof greater than one hour in duration.
Team Leader Allowance. An employee who assumes the responsibilities of the Team Leader role, as described in Schedule C of this agreement, will be entitled to a leading hand allowance. The amount of the allowance is specified in Schedule B of this agreement. An employee who is not a Team Leader and who temporarily assumes the role of a Team Leader will be entitled to receive the team leader allowance as a higher duties allowance, in accordance with clause 23.1.1 (team leader allowance), only if the employee assumes the supervisory responsibilities of the role.
Team Leader Allowance. In addition to the salaries prescribed above a team leader (previously known as leading hand) allowance will be paid at the rate of 5% of the respective deemed salary level. This will then become his/her actual deemed salary.
Team Leader Allowance. This is clause 60 in the current Agreement. There is no change to this clause.
Team Leader Allowance. When the Employer chooses to appoint team leaders and the teacher accepts, the person shall be appointed for one year, with the provision for reappointment by mutual consent. The team leader shall be paid an allowance of $1,890. This allowance shall be provided in two equal installments payable in December and June along with the payment of regular salary. Should two teachers wish to split the duties of a team leader, and should the Superintendent approve, the teachers will split a prorated share of the allowance.

Team Leader Allowance i) Where an employee is appointed by the Company to take on additional responsibility or is leading a larger team of workers on a site or project or on a particularly complex project, they shall be paid the “Team Leader Allowance” as prescribed in Schedule C for each week they undertake these duties. Note that a Team Leader appointment will made on a project by project, as required basis as determined by the Company and is not a permanent appointment.
Team Leader Allowance. 46.1. The Team Leader Allowance will cease to apply when the new classification structure referred to at clause 39 is operative, at which time the allowance will become part of the Employee’s base rate of pay.
Team Leader Allowance. Should an existing employee classified in levels 7 to 10 be promoted to the team leader level and their current rate of pay exceed the highest level of the team leader banding, they will be paid an additional payment of $60 per week as a team leader allowance. This clause will generally have application for employees engaged in trade/technical levels.
