Team Allocation Sample Clauses
The TEAM ALLOCATION clause defines how personnel or resources are assigned to a project or specific tasks under an agreement. It typically outlines the roles, responsibilities, and number of team members each party must provide, and may specify requirements for qualifications or experience. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of who will be involved in the work, helping to prevent disputes over staffing and ensuring that the project is adequately resourced to meet its objectives.
