TEAM AGREEMENT. Our vision for global(x) trips is that they will be opportunities for people to pursue spiritual growth and healthy relationships through serving. To accomplish this vision, we ask that you agree to the following: I commit to discipline myself and to put a priority on growing deeper in my walk with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ during the preparation process and during the trip itself. • I will make it a priority to attend 80 percent of the team meetings and to be an active participant in all team and project activities. • I will attend a security and safety briefing. • I will uphold the standard of behavior my team and I discuss and decide is necessary (e.g., conflict resolution, team correspondence, conduct on the field, etc.). • I will be sensitive to the culture in my words, actions, and dress. • I will refrain from any activity or behavior that might be a stumbling block to any team member, our partnership ministry, or the people I am seeking to influence. • I will refrain from a romantic relationship with another team member or a national throughout the entire trip process. • I will submit to the authority of the team leader. I realize I may be asked not to go or sent home by the team leader at my own expense if I do not adhere to the team agreement. • I will develop an attitude of service and flexibility. I commit to serve the team, the team leader, the nationals, and the overseas workers in the field. I will bring a spirit of flexibility to the project, assuming that plans often change. • I will not give cash or personal gifts of any kind to a national while on my trip. I understand that doing so may create an unhealthy dependency and sense of entitlement. I agree to adhere to this policy no matter the circumstances in order to protect the health of the relationships between my team and the people we are serving, as well as global(x) and our partners. TEAM AGREEMENT. If Independent Contractor intends to enter into a team agreement, Independent Contractor must have an agreement in place that sets forth (1) the parties to the agreement;
TEAM AGREEMENT. The Team Agreement is unchanged from last year. Please note however the inclusion of “WE WILL” in the 2020 Goals and Objectives which speaks to the commitment between City Councilors and states: » Promote civility. » Embrace and encourage diverse backgrounds. » Make decisions as a body, not individually. » Practice active listening. » Provide more opportunities for brainstorming during work sessions. » Police and enforce team rules. Once a decision is made, we move on. » Respect individual perspectives. » Share the Council workload providing clear assignments that utilize individual strengths while also building capacity for future leadership opportunities. » Attend meetings and be prepared. And, » Respect family first. Please also note the inclusion of “WORKING TOGETHER” which appreciates the existing collaborative relationship and speaks to the commitment between City Council and City staff to have excellent communication, clear goals and objectives, authenticity, a “one team” concept, trustworthy information, preparedness, and a shared community commitment. Staff recommends the Council consider and adopt the City Council Goals and Objectives by resolution and separately the Team Agreement by resolution. If the Council wants to pass the Goals and Objectives and Team Agreement as presented in Exhibit A, it requires a motion, second, and vote. If the Council wants to modify either Exhibit, it requires a motion and a second to adopt; then requires an additional, separate motion and second to amend. Each amendment should be done separately with its own motion. Once the motion(s) are dispensed of by a vote, the original motion as amended is dispensed by a vote. Staff also recommends the Council consider and adopt the Team Agreement by resolution.
TEAM AGREEMENT. The Company shall have the right to have its Representatives present in any investigation pursuant to this Section 6.03, and such investigation shall be conducted in such manner as not to interfere unreasonably with the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries. Nothing in this Section 6.03 shall require the Company to provide any access to, or to disclose any (A) information if, as advised by outside counsel, providing such access or disclosing such information would violate any Applicable Law (including Competition Laws and Data Privacy Laws) or confidentiality obligation or other binding obligation entered into prior to the date of this Agreement, (B) information that is, as advised by outside counsel, protected by attorney-client privilege (for all purposes in this Agreement, as such privilege is conceptualized under Applicable Law in the United States) to the extent such privilege cannot be protected by the Company through exercise of its reasonable best efforts or (C) information (1) relating to the negotiation of this Agreement, the valuation of the Merger or any financial or strategic alternatives thereto, or, subject to Section 6.04, relating to any Acquisition Proposal or Superior Proposal or (2) relating to any adverse Proceeding between the Company or any of its Affiliates, on the one hand, and Parent or any of its Affiliates, on the other hand; provided that, in the case of clauses (A) and (B), the Company shall use reasonable best efforts to allow for such access or disclosure in a manner that would not violate any such Applicable Law or agreement or jeopardize the protection of the attorney-client privilege.
