Common use of Teacher Credentials Clause in Contracts

Teacher Credentials. ‌ All teachers employed to teach at the School must be licensed pursuant to State licensing requirements and meet any other applicable requirements established by federal and state law, or applicable collective bargaining agreements as such requirements may be amended. Unlicensed teachers may be employed at the School only in emergency and other limited situations, provided that the School meets the requirements, outlined in HRS §302A-804, for reporting and filling the vacancies with licensed staff as soon as possible.
