Taxes; Regulatory Change. (a) Borrower agrees to indemnify Lender against any present or future stamp, documentary or other similar or related taxes or other similar or related charges now or hereafter imposed, levied, collected, withheld or assessed by any United States Governmental Authority by reason of the execution and delivery of the Loan Documents and any consents, waivers, amendments and enforcement of rights under the Loan Documents.
