Tax Certification. If Vendor is a taxable entity as defined by Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code, then Vendor certifies it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any taxes due under Chapter 171, Vendor is exempt from the payment of those taxes, or Vendor is an out‑of‑state taxable entity that is not subject to those taxes, whichever is applicable.
