Tax Administration. Supervision and direction of the preparation, review and filing of all federal, state and other required tax returns; supervision and direction of ad hoc requests for assistance on tax related matters; and coordination of all activities with the Company's outside tax preparer, as requested and authorized in advance by the Company.
