TASK TRACKING. The contractor shall support requirements analysis efforts across programs supported under this contract and shall maintain task decomposition and task tracking. An existing signature training system data environment utilizing Atlassian Jira and Confluence software packages shall be provided as GFI. (The Government reserves the right to change to a different task-tracking software during the term of the contract.) The contractor shall support the hosting and maintenance of the Jira task-tracking database with access provided to contractor personnel on the development team, along with Government, and partnering contractors and organizations as approved via the NSWCCD COR and PM. Resource planning and schedule tracking shall be correlated across the program portfolio, project teams, and development teams to track tasking and progress of execution at the software and system development level. Monthly financial and technical reporting shall be supported by Jira task-tracking data. The contractor shall update and maintain the Jira tracking data during the execution of the contract and report status in weekly management meetings.
