Task 13: Additional Services. This task provides a City-controlled allowance for additional services not included in the authorized base scope that might be requested through the course of the planning, design, bid phase or construction phase period. The types of work that could be authorized include additional right of way or easement services, additional permitting, additional technical analyses; additional public involvement activities; or work to address inclusion of features or elements that are listed in project assumptions as not part of the scope.
