Tariffs and Pricing Clause Samples

The 'Tariffs and Pricing' clause defines how prices, rates, or fees for goods or services are determined and communicated between the parties. It typically outlines the basis for calculating charges, such as fixed rates, variable pricing, or reference to published tariffs, and may specify when and how price adjustments can occur. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial terms, reducing the risk of disputes over costs and providing a transparent framework for billing and payment.
