Target Value Design. The term “Target Value Design” means a design process that requires Design Build Entity to include project values, cost, schedule, and constructabilityconstructability as basic components of the Design Work, using continuous cost targets to provide optimum value to Judicial Council and to ensure the Design Work is consistent with the Performance Criteria Documents, Target GMP, and Contract Time. The “Target Value Design” process for the Project shall comply with the definition and requirements then in effect of the Lean Construction Institute, as may be amended during the Project.
