Target Programs Sample Clauses

The "Target Programs" clause defines which specific programs, products, or services are covered under the agreement. It typically lists or describes the particular offerings that the contract applies to, ensuring that both parties are clear about the scope of their obligations and rights. For example, it may specify certain software applications, insurance policies, or marketing campaigns as the target programs. This clause is essential for preventing misunderstandings by clearly delineating the boundaries of the agreement and ensuring that only the intended programs are included.
